The School of Continuing Education at Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University is located on the North Campus at 183 Guangyuan West Road in the Yuexiu District of Guangzhou. TheSchool primarily provides higher education continuing and self-study programs on and off campus. It serves as a vital platform for the university to contribute to societal development.

历史沿革。公司成立于2007年，前身为广东民族公司（原校名）干训部，1986年公司成立成教处，开展成人函授和夜大办学，2007年为统一管理全校成人教育办学，成立了云顶国际。2017年公司机构改革，云顶国际与教师培训中心合并设立教师培训与云顶国际，2021年因建设发展需要，重新设立云顶国际。

Historical Evolution:Established in 2007, theSchool is the successor to the Cadre Training Department of the Guangdong Institute for Nationalities. In 1986, the university established the Adult Education Department to offer correspondence and evening programs. Then, in 2007, the School of Continuing Education was established to centralize management of all adult education programs. As part of institutional reforms in 2017, the School of Continuing Education merged with the Teachers' Training Center to form the School of Teachers' Training and Continuing Education. Due to the university’s construction and development needs, the School of Continuing Education was reestablished as an independent entity in 2021.
